About
Adam Sledd is Executive Director of the Dominion Energy Innovation Center (DEIC) in Hanover County, Virginia's only energy-focused business incubator and accelerator, which he has led since 2019 and grown to house 20+ member companies while launching the DEIC Accelerate program. A Richmond native with two decades of experience in energy, startups, and investment management, he previously led multi-million-dollar grant projects for the U.S. Department of Energy and National Labs and holds an MBA in Real Estate and Sustainability from American University's Kogod School of Business.
