Casey Bell represents the Virginia CDFI Coalition, a 501(c)(3) collective of 25+ community development financial institutions across Virginia formed in 2021 that advocates for the state's CDFI Fund and educates policymakers on expanding capital access to underserved communities. Since 1996, Virginia-based CDFIs have deployed more than $15.6 billion to community projects across the Commonwealth.
