Floyd E. Miller II has served as President & CEO of the Metropolitan Business League since 2017, bringing more than twenty years of nonprofit management experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master's in Education from Virginia State University, and has been recognized with the 2000 Men of Vision Award from Virginians Aligned Against Sexual Assault for his work preventing sexual violence.
