Dr. Heather McDougall, PhD, leads the City of Raleigh's Office of Strategy & Innovation (self-styled the “Office of Yes, And!”), which drives citywide strategy, Bloomberg Challenge and Smart Cities projects, and policy analysis; under her leadership Raleigh's strategic plan earned national recognition on the “50 States, 50 Breakthroughs” list. She is also an adjunct professor of social impact at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business and founder of Leadership exCHANGE, an award-winning social enterprise training globally minded leaders. She has been recognized as a Google for Entrepreneurs Startup Grind Triangle Top Female Social Entrepreneur.
