Ida Pierce is a technology, innovation and organizational effectiveness leader focused on making technology work for people. Her interest in the foundations of today's AI transformation deepened in 2018 while leading a technology team responsible for implementing automation and emerging digital capabilities. This experience reinforced a lesson that continues to shape her work: technology alone does not create transformation. Turning emerging technology into business value requires the right use cases, intentional solution design, sound governance, and a clear path to adoption. Today, as Founder and CEO of Pierce Creative & Consulting, Ida draws on more than 25 years of experience across technology, business systems, process, operations, and employee experience to help businesses and nonprofits navigate emerging technology and AI adoption with people at the center. As a member of the Board of Directors at AI Ready RVA, Ida also co-leads AI Governance cohort initiatives, bringing together technical expertise, human-centered design, and a commitment to responsible innovation. She believes successful technology adoption balances possibility with responsibility while building the trust and organizational readiness needed for lasting change.
