Liz Kincaid is the founder and president of the Arts District Business Alliance (ADBA), where she works to strengthen and promote the neighborhood's small businesses, galleries, and cultural life. She is also the owner and CEO of RVA Hospitality Group, the Richmond restaurant group behind Tarrant's Café, Bar Solita, and Tarrant's West, employing more than 150 people. A dedicated advocate for the district, Liz founded Richmond's first Business Watch and serves on the board of the Virginia Restaurant, Lodging & Travel Association. In 2024, Richmond Regional Tourism named her Restaurant Partner of the Year. With 25 years of experience in Richmond hospitality, she is passionate about supporting women in leadership and building a vibrant, thriving Arts District.
