Rasheeda Creighton is co-founder and Executive Director of BLCK Street (formerly the JWC Foundation), a Richmond nonprofit that leverages collective networks and resources to build sustainable Black-owned businesses, including its Business Lab accelerator. After a 15-year corporate career at a Fortune 100 company, she used her legal background (J.D., University of Michigan; B.A., Spelman College) to design and launch the 1717 Innovation Center in 2018 before turning her focus to community-centered entrepreneurship support. She is also founder of Killing Superwoman, a financial-coaching company for women.
