Stuart R. Chambers is Vice President of AI & HPC Strategy at MCIM, a PE-backed SaaS platform serving hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center operators. He leads the company's strategy for the AI/HPC transition — market positioning, pricing, and go-to-market — as rack-scale AI reshapes density, deployment velocity, and operating requirements across the industry. He advises MCIM's executive team and private equity sponsors on market narrative and differentiation, and represents the company publicly on AI and data center infrastructure panels. A former U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer and certified Naval Nuclear Engineer, Stuart has spent more than twenty years leading high-availability operations, capital delivery, and commercial strategy in mission-critical environments. At Bank of America, he directed a 5M-sq-ft critical facilities portfolio and project-managed construction and commissioning of a $220M Tier IV data center. At JLL, he served as single executive point of contact for Capital One's corporate real estate — a 16M-sq-ft portfolio with a $150M operating budget and a 200+ person team — while sustaining 100% uptime across a 24x7x365 financial data center operation. In seven years at MCIM, Stuart founded and scaled the company's global Strategic Services organization from concept to a 15+ person team across North America, Europe, and APAC, then built its commercial operating system — ICP scoring across 4,000+ accounts, a sprint-based go-to-market methodology, and a full sales enablement curriculum — before being selected to lead AI/HPC strategy.
