Tatiane “Tati” Pena is the Interim Executive Director of the Capital Region Small Business Development Center, which she joined as a social-media and operations consultant before becoming Program Manager and then Assistant Director. A first-generation Richmond native, she studied English at VCU before spending years in Richmond's boutique management-consulting space and hospitality industry, and now focuses on business development and coordination among Richmond-area entrepreneurial support organizations.
