Vernon T. Foster II is Founder & CEO of Growth Dinners, an invite-only Richmond dinner series he launched by cold-calling local founders and personally funding the first gatherings. Eligibility for the twelve-person, once-a-month dinners requires $1M+ in annual revenue, a $2M+ capital raise, or a prior $5M-$10M exit; Foster has hosted more than 40 founders across industries from AI to agriculture. He and his wife relocated to Richmond in 2022 and, missing the peer community he'd had elsewhere, decided to build one himself.
