InterCultural Unity

As we seek to strengthen our ecosystems, culture is at the heart of this work. True cultures of Respect, Transparency, Reciprocity and Trust is not something that can be imposed, it must be consciously and collaboratively cultivated and nurtured. This session will be a dip into a framework that can seed this work by first pulling the lens back and taking an honest view of the current state of your ecosystem, and understanding the alignment of what is seen with the desired culture you seek to nurture. Of course this work is critical to do WITH the ecosystem. At the same time, we all bring a valuable — yet incomplete — view, that can spawn efforts within the ecosystem to move into the conscious work of culture cultivation. We will collaboratively explore challenges and strategies with our SCN allies that can be applied at home.
