FutureMakers Converge: Designing Across the FIELD

How might we design our communities | ecosystems such that they maximize the intelligence already present – across communities, disciplines, institutions, and sectors? In this FutureMakers session, Paulo Gregory will introduce Cohado®'s FutureMakers FIELDSM model as a practical framework for exploring how relationships across difference can generate new possibilities. Through a conversation with Parent/Community Advocate, Neighborhood and Civic leader, Nonprofit executive, and Richmond City Council Member, Nicole Jones – Entrepreneur, Investor, Ecosystem Steward, Quantum | Ai innovator and CoFounder of Startup Maryland and the Startup Champions Network, Mike Binko – and Community activist, Bridge-Builder, Addiction-Recovery Practitioner/Peer Advocate and Social Entrepreneur, Genard Barr, we will explore the model in real-world experience. The SCN FIELD community will then dialogue in cross-FIELD groups to identify efforts in our own ecosystems that already embody aspects of this approach. Together, we'll explore what becomes possible when Respect, Transparency, Reciprocity, and Trust become not simply values we aspire to, but conditions we intentionally design for in InterCulturally Unified ecosystem FIELDS, and how this design can be evolved into creating transformative and reciprocal design structures and boundaries for Human | Ai collaboration.
